Jim and Linda Moore – Directors

Jim and Linda Moore are the Directors of the Salem House of Prayer, a 24-hour a day worship and prayer ministry, that seeks to provide a continual covering of night and day prayer over the city of Salem OR, and the surrounding area. Intimacy with Jesus, touching the Father through worship, and developing spiritual identity, are a few of the biblical themes they passionately seek to impart to the body of Christ. Jim and Linda are the happy parents of 4 wonderful children, and 10 perfect grandchildren

Deborah Huber – Chief of Operations

What will I be when I grow up? I thought I would be making cookies and taking care of grandchildren when I was older (which is awesome). But, God had something else in mind for me – LIKE – intimacy with Him and a partnership that grows out of that relationship which involves loving my neighbor as myself. Sound familiar? Yeah, that would be first commandment followed by the second commandment – my destiny. I love Israel. I love to pray. I love people. Take those, mix them together and you have: A Woman On A Mission My Mission: Loving God, Loving people, and preparing to take worshipers and intercessors to Israel!

Eric Swenson – Head of Fundraising

I radically love God and people and I want everyone to know the awesome God that I know! I am passionate about spreading the good news that I’ve heard and freely giving what I’ve been given. I long to see people made whole, and set free from all that binds them. I am determined to truly live, and to liberate others to live life to fullest! To dream and to hope, to accept salvation, grace and the Love that has been freely given. To wholeheartedly embrace it, and believe for it even when all seems contrary, to lay hold of the promises that God has given us and rise up into the fullness of Him and the inheritance that He has given us. I will lay down my life for this cause. I am a friend of the Bridegroom, and I want to see Him return for a Bride made ready for Him. I am your servant.

Nels Olsson – Head Worship Leader

Nels has faithfully served the Salem House of Prayer in many capacities over the years. His gifted worship has led thousands of hours in the prayer room and whether empty or full, night or day, he has always played for an audience of One. His humility sets an example for us all. His heart for Jesus, his love for people, and his ability to lead his S.H.O.P. family and partner with his lovely wife and beautiful children in the ways of worshiping the King of Kings is an inspiration to many. He is truly a gift from God to our team.

Angela Moore – Leadership Manager

Angela has served in many capacities at the Salem House of Prayer and has recently be promoted to the Leadership Council. More information about this lovely and powerful woman of God will be available soon!
